All prices quoted on this website are for delivery in the UK, Europe & The Rest of the World
Orders will be processed the next working day after you have placed and paid for your order. Items will be packed and then dispatched via our carriers.
Delivery will normally be within 2 to 3 days within the UK and within 7 days to Europe & USA.
If any problems are encountered i.e. a longer delivery time is required or items are temporarily out of stock, the customer will be notified a new delivery time will be arranged. If a new schedule cannot be arranged then the customer will be offered a refund.
Prices are as shown on this website and include VAT and any other tax or duty payable, the cost of postage & packing is added at the check out stage.
Payments in full must be made prior to dispatch of any order. We only accept payment by credit card, debit card or cheque (we currently accept VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and debit cards). All payment processing is secure and conducted by PayPal.

When an item delivered is faulty or it is not the item ordered, the customer will be offered a replacement. If this is not satisfactory a full refund will be offered. Faulty items must be returned within 30 days if a refund is to be issued. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
